uLock New York lock and an air tag hidden under the seat or somewhere else sneaky. Take photos of your bike and serial number. Register it with your renters insurance or homeowners insurance. Park it in public, visible spaces. Go ride your bike! People will steal anything if they really want. All you can do is deter them

I think saying "it takes skill" and "probably requires you to be fit" are contradictory to your point. I would also argue that billiards is technically a sport. Golf is technically a sport.

Hey not trying to be an internet jerk, just wanted to point out that his last name is Walz not "Waltz". Hope you have a great day.

Have you ever seen the frozen food section of a grocery store?

I'd love any suggestions on what to use for mobile (Chrome on iOS) and YouTube via an app on my TV

I'm shopping mainly for steel frame bikes. Here are a few I'm considering:

Quicker, more aero gravel ish bikes: Soma Double Cross Surly Midnight Special Basi le Montreal

More all terrain, more upright geo, kind of ATB bikes: Soma Wolverine All City Gorilla Monsoon (brand is shutting down) Basi Hog's Back

Others I often see recommended and discussed: Surly cross check Kona Jake Salsa Marakesh (touring) Canyon brand in general

If your priority is to do some amateur races, im sorry if none of these suggestions really help you. As others have suggested, think about the tire size you want to run and make that clearance a priority.

What is it with this article quoting something but then embedding a different tweet? Wouldn't you want to show the tweet in which she said the thing you are saying she said?

Hey folks, long time first time.

I'm interested in getting some recommendations for default settings for my OLED Steam Deck which I mainly use hooked up to my 55" TV in my living room.

Main questions:

  1. what should I use for default settings on the Steam Deck for this setup?
  2. what game specific settings should I make for games, and do I make those in Steam for each game (Game library page - properties - game resolution: default/native/specific) or inside each game's options menu?

If it helps, here's a list of games I'm mostly playing:

Skyrim DRG Unrailed Bramble Gloomhaven

Gloomhaven specifically is something I would like help with because it's so much text and lots of things that end up over lapping (card side drawer on the left with the character action/initiative tiles displayed at the top)

Thank you in advance for any help dumbing this down for me!

I know I posted about this in the past, but I'd love to see a game day thread or game thread for this community! Doesn't have to be fancy, just a consistent place where we can rally around the team.

Please feel free to delete this if it's breaking the no ads rule, but I figured I'd share the message with the community because of the benefit these cameras have had for my safety and confidence riding in a not super bike friendly town. I purchased both the front and rear cameras after being shot with an airsoft gun while riding and missing the last three digits of the cars license plate. The footage is fantastic and the lights are pretty darn bright too. Happy to answer anyone's questions about my experience with them.

There was some good traction starting in the off-season. Did this community get abandoned?

My wife and I are trying to eat a little less meat, starting with 1 dinner per week. I'm having trouble finding vegetarian recipes that can fit my desired macros for dinner, which are 52/41/16 C/P/F. I like tofu, but the protein/fat ratio isn't great for what I'm trying to get. I don't really love the "fake" meat substitutes and would rather eat real foods.

Any suggestions on high protein lower fat veggie mains or resources for recipies would be greatly appreciated.
