We used Jupyter Notebook in school, we'd have assignments where each again was broken out by block and then we'd have to solve it. I don't see much of a use outside of an education setting

They had to have known about it for a while too.

So they sat and let the devs get it to a finished state only to pull this

At least with Kroger you don't have to have the app, you can use their website for everything
