Keep living in a fantasy world where literally anyone could be entrapped as a terrorist. You disgust me. Political Islam isn’t a race or a religion. So glad to see your ability to pull the wool over the eyes of western secularists is finally coming to an end.

Not digging into this again but I read the minor who had sex is not a cooperative witness and now denies anything happened. Kind of making this a “neither he nor she’s says but some people who were there say…”

They are an ideological group generally aligned to the GOP but are with the Dems because the GOPs eschatology supports the other team. However, fundie Christians and Muslims alike want to have moral authority and control over people.

They’re not a voting block that’s with us for any reason except we know the least about fundamentalism and seem to have less of a boner for religious Zionism.

Crazy that ex-Muslims tend to flock to the right because the left has its head up its ass and racialises Islam as hard of not harder than the right wing. Racializing Islam is actually part and parcel of modern political Islam as well, and any “liberal” or “leftist” pushing that narrative is a useful idiot.

Bet you a nickel that old Wii now has a toasted GPU chip and graphical artifacts. The Wi-Fi chip apparently cooks the GPU if you has Wii24 enabled.

Did screenshots taken with the method you mentioned have bloom, Like you would see from an image taken from a CRT? I associate bloom in screenshots from being directly Photographed from the CRT.

Nintendo power had tons of images taken directly from photos of CRT‘s. Some of them may have used your Method, but many of them (Especially contests) Specifically asked readers to send in photos to show whether they’ve done certain things.

Truancy courts are not controversial. Literally holding a parent criminally liable for not sending their child to school. Maybe there’d be less Lord of the Flies gangs of tweenage criminals in every major city if truancy was better enforced.

I haven’t mentioned Project 2025 to my parents or my siblings because it is the culmination of everything they’ve been told they want since they voted for Reagan. It would make them vote harder. So yeah, you’re right.

The price of the console, any modern quality of life upgrades (RBG out, in game reset, etc), the price of the best flash cart and an SD card loaded with ROMs.

Also good for getting to pornhub.com if you live in one of the states they’ve blocked.

Neusthetic counseling or WTF the fundies call their fake therapy and then he’s fine. They will call him a recovering sex addict (I.E. On the same level as a married man who watches porn, in their usage of the phrase) and who will dissociate when you try to talk to them about what he actually did.

!consolerepair@lemmy.world

There was no coordinated effort to relocate r/consolerepair to a lemmy community, so we're starting from scratch. The community is open to console repair questions for all generation consoles, as well as functional mods (e.g., ODE/RGB/HDMI mods). Come on over!

~~I see folks crossposting but I don't see how to do it in my lemmy interface (lemmy.world) - I can choose a single community to post to, not multiple.~~ ANSWER FROM ELSEWHERE: In order to cross post, I need to first create the post in one community, then after I create the post, I can click the two nested squares icon under the title of the post (with the pop-up text "cross post") that shows up on mouse-over.

~~Is there a way to not have to select "english" every time I post or comment? I thought my language selection at account creation would take care of it.~~ EDIT: apparently the language I select at account creation is a global setting. Therefore, if I have set a language in my account settings, I can disregard the langauge selection option that is presented when I go to post or comment.

It would be great if the superfluous language selection option for posts/comments was rendered optional. I imagine that the number of folks posting in multiple languages is absolutely dwarfed by the number of folks posting in only their own language.

I see people cross-posting but I don't know how they are doing it. All I see for posting options on the lemmy interface is a single community I can select.
