So I signed up to this website using a throwaway phone number that I bought, however I mistakenly used a regular email address that I use, once I got bored of the website, I deleted my account and the phone number.

Now my concern is this: what if the next person who gets the number tries to sign up to this website? The website only allows a phone number to be used once each account, so it will give them an error, but they might try to contact support, and I’m worried they might get confused and give them my account details and that.

Am I overthinking or is this a valid concern?
