Sorry for reposting this mods, but when trying to post this on a new account it got removed and while waiting for it to get looked at and verified there was an e-mail hacking attempt within 24 hours. I -really- need help.
Long story short: I'm playing Cat and Mouse with a creepy family member. They showed evidence of stalking irl (messing with my internet when I didn't capitulate to demands, listening in to my conversations in-person), and when confronted both half-assed admitted to it and refused to apologize, so I promptly moved out. The thing that worries me is they are a hacker with decades of professional experience. Also worse, before showing evidence of this...mental break? Dark side? No idea how to put it? I trusted them with my IT needs and gave them full access to physical hardware.
Anyway, I factory reset my phone and moved it from their plan to mine, yet they still contacted me with evidence of knowing personal information they shouldn't. That could have been from a keylogger before I reset it, but it still has me paranoid, so I factory reset it a second time. My desktop has also been reformatted. The laptop is new and they never had physical access to it, but I did plug in the cellphone as well as USBs from the desktop to it. I also have a drawing tablet with a pencil that only works with Bluetooth, and I believe Bluetooth and router access is how he initially pulled it off (also, I can't find evidence of physical keyloggers on the desktop). All devices also have antivirus and VPNs.
The questions are: How are they still finding this stuff out? Are my devices safe now? Do I have to reformat my laptop and lose my drawn art, music and other personal stuff forever in order to get rid of their access? Is it safe to draw on my tablet and turn on Bluetooth access?
Update: Since my phone with brand new e-mails had a 2 factor auth request and has been used virtually nowhere else, it's safe to say my devices are not safe still. But I have no idea how they are still getting my information! Thanks for reading.
TLDR: Crazy family getting into my hardware, trying desperately to escape, any help is appreciated.
