Chaotic Stupid is what happens when you play a low intelligence character that, through their stupidity, causes tons of chaos.

Lawful Stupid is just playing Inspector Javert from Les Miserables.

Some of the most tragic scene I can remember from movies or books are from characters I would say are chaotically stupid. Their personality is a burden for them as well as for anyone who comes across them.
