How many people have noticed a shift in the gym in the last ~7 or so years.

I think it’s great that gym culture is ‘on the rise’ with younger people… but holy shit..

The outfits, The video taping

Like what the hell, man I work a 8-5 it’s hard to get out there. To be in the back of someone’s live streamed video in my rank ass baggy tshirt while I’m just trying to do my thing is like the rudest shit I’ve ever seen in my life.

The trend where people squat with no shoes on - fine, but fr 1/2 the young people are in the full gym with slides or or legit just socks. What have we become

  • just witnessed a younger woman in the gym- legit in a cat suit, wearing SOCKS no shoes in sight, filming herself on a foam roller - peak hours lol
