Does it anger you? Do you get hyped to fight your old character? Would you prefer that the new and old protagonists team up instead?

For me, it's usually a "damn" feeling, but something that would be cool to see is have both protags be fully custom characters (appearance, voice, etc) and fight. All the devs would have to do is take your character save from the previous game and import into the new one.
