Hey all - I am planning on upgrading from my 970 and very old i5 from many years ago to a SFF pc build in the Fractal Terra case. Planning on buying all of my components later today buy it's been a long time since I've built a PC so I would really appreciate a second set of eyes on my build before I hit purchase on all the parts. See below:

CPU: Intel Core i5-13600KF* (*I was considering an i7 13700k instead)

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-L12 Ghost S1 37.8 CFM CPU Cooler* (*a little worried about temps and fit in the case, would appreciate reassurance / other suggestions)

Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B760-I GAMING WIFI Mini ITX LGA1700 Motherboard

Memory: Kingston FURY Beast 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600 CL36 Memory

Storage: Kingston KC3000 1.024 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive

GPU: Asus DUAL GeForce RTX 4070 12 GB Video Card* (*this or the FE?)

Case: Fractal Terra in Jade

PSU: Asus ROG LOKI 850 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular SFX Power Supply

Price: ~$1800

Planning on using this primarily for 1440p gaming (e.g., BG3), some light productivity, watching streams / movies / lots of tabs open. Would really appreciate your thoughts and thanks so much!
