So, to my understanding, generally editing- while it can change a few things- ultimately, can't do a whole lot once a body is fully developed. If we're actually going to try and pursue any meaningful longevity/modifications, would it just he better to replace parts of ourselves with mechanically analogous modules? How far along are we with cybernetics anyways? I've seen some pretty interesting progression in the field of prosthetic limbs, although it seems we're nowhere near feasibly creating anything better than the body. How long until this changes, do you think?

there doesn't seem to be anything here
