LiminalSpace
Liminal spaces are the subject of an Internet aesthetic portraying empty or abandoned places that appear eerie, forlorn, and often surreal. Liminal spaces are commonly places of transition (pertaining to the concept of liminality) or of nostalgic appeal.

Late night working at a factory making trailers, it always creeped me out.
We had about a hundred empties, sitting, waiting to be picked up or repaired. The lights only went out so far, so after the first couple rows, it was you and your flashlight. Sometimes you'd get lucky, and whoever was yard dog could get parked and give you extra light.
Some nights, though... Headlights in the distance, couldn't tell if it was the dog bringing one in or someone else. The furthest rows were abandoned, sometimes local kids would sneak on site to smoke and drink in them. Freak you out at 2AM when you're stuck doing a walk-around.
