Moose can be pretty good, but I think I would have to say Turkey
Deer, Grouper, Tuna, Duck
~~Cheese~~
Oh god I thought it said meal. Fish is my answer to the actual question.
Duck is amazing, either Chinese style (Peking Duck) or French style (Canard ร l'orange)
I have had delicious roasted duck with wild blackberry sauce that was also delicious. To answer OP, that, venison, quail have been mentioned here and are delicious. I'm also fond of tiramisu and coffee.
You missed all the great seafood!
My top 3 instant guaranteed to get my mouth watering foods are:
Vietnamese clay pot catfish (braised & caramelized)
Boiling Crab shrimps (Cajun-Asian seafood chain)
Hunan steamed fish (with salted chilis)
Forgot to mention blackened salmon! Perfectly cooked. I like mine with beurre blanc sauce๐
beans
Moose
Cariboo. Elk is a close second.
There are other meats?
Frog. Frog legs are so good
Rattle snake is pretty good from what I can remember. Like chicken, but... different
Stringy, sinewy, tough, but good at absorbing whatever sauce you put on it
Nile Tilapia.
Also a type of duck we in my region of Brazil call "marreco", the name in English seems to be Teal or Garganey.
