Before naming Your product always run it by a group of 15 year old boys, if they giggle, think again.

[–] chatokun@lemmy.dbzer0.com 29 points 1 day ago (2 children)

From what I remember of being 15, it doesn't exclusively have to be boys. When the phallus was inflating in our biology class video on human sex organs, the person yelling about it blowing up like a balloon certainly wasn't a boy.

For these purposes, men can also be referred to as “boys” /s

That's really very old. They renamed it XBUS. Which of course has zero sexual connotations.

Sadly this is not going to happen.

https://www.elektroauto-news.net/news/xbus-electricbrands-insolvent

At the beginning of February [2024], ElectricBrands filed for insolvency under self-administration at Darmstadt Local Court - as we reported. Accordingly, the company worked on achieving a complete restructuring of the company. This ultimately also affected the XBus modular e-transporter, the small XBus S variant and the Microlino market companion Evetta. However, as we are now reading and hearing from the industry, that's it for the light electric vehicles. Electric Brands did not respond to our inquiries.

It's a shame that no car company would buy the remnants of this. They had some cool designs.

Just 20 HP? Is the golden armour out yet?

[–] ftbd@feddit.org 4 points 14 hours ago (1 children)

If this is supposed to be an urban vehicle, that seems enough

[–] owl@infosec.pub 1 points 2 hours ago

I just now realized, what that means

Here's a recent article, in German, but can be translated to English. I don't care what it's called. It looks like a great multipurpose EV camper, hauler, whatever. 15,800-28,800 euros.

[–] IAmNorRealTakeYourMeds@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago (1 children)

you can call it "give the driver backshots" I don't care, that van looks amazing and I want one.

[–] Atelopus-zeteki@fedia.io 6 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Alas, it appears the company has gone insolvent. If so can we get the 'blueprints'?

[–] pdqcp@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 23 hours ago* (last edited 23 hours ago)
