Octopus is literally a superior being in many ways compared to humans. It's just a matter of time and if they can survive our ecological destruction. I for one, welcome our octopus overlords.

Oh sure, 8 at a time, even, though they can only get good leverage on three at a time. Also lots of arms for picking crops, so you can see why they’d want to bring those farms here. Very cheap labor.
