Thinking about this for a moment, this may be why they support authoritarian regimes. The do not differentiate between making a choice yourself, and being told to do something by the authorities.
Probably the same types who don't get how a promiscuous person can be raped, or that their promiscuity somehow invalidates it.

You can't have a lead developer who behaves this way. It's worse than the US oligarchs (on an unweighted basis). Dessalines has no power and no one is ever going to allow him anywhere near anything that requires even a modicum of responsibility. Even the US oligarchs have a much more nuances approach.

Good choice, its a lot better IMO it just takes getting used to how to browse around specific communities if you are searching for one from when you were on Lemmy but so far everything else is better, just missing TOTP 2FA but its not critically urgent for now anyway. Take that as I dont moderate communities though I'm not very aware of the differences of moderation of communities between PieFed and Lemmy
It boggles my mind that the person who made my favorite Lemmy app is also a fan of genocide
