This is such a fun and clever way to strengthen inter-generational community. I would love to see something like this where I live!

No fucking way he actually made a real card game for it

[–] SkyezOpen@lemmy.world 6 points 5 hours ago

Last I saw they were selling the fake textless cards, but God damn they went and did it for reals. Looks like a fusion of magic and yugioh.

Holy shit......you know what this means, right? It means Obama and Bush TOTALLY fucked!

And based on how old he is, it was probably sometime in the 60s.....which I assume would make both Obama and Bush children at the time.....

..........ok, I don't like my brain now.

Exactly my thought on Bush/Obama hybrid

I'd be thrilled to be considered "middle aged" at 81

I'm not old, I'm "collectible"!

[–] Lost_My_Mind@lemmy.world 2 points 6 hours ago

That just means no one will ever take you out of your packaging and play with you.

I audibly laughed hard, this is so amazing.

Okay so did they go viral or are they just popular in this one small town? Word mean things

[–] inconel@lemmy.ca 15 points 6 hours ago (1 children)

They're viral in the town bcs its real person the local knew in the first place. Your neighbors turning into cards and have whatever TCG spell is just hilarious for them

[–] Zahille7@lemmy.world 3 points 5 hours ago

That's kinda fun.

My city a few years ago did playing cards with local restaurants on them

Pedantic is a word.

Also, your criticism of the author's use of words would have had more impact if you had pluralized correctly.

[–] SkybreakerEngineer@lemmy.world 1 points 6 hours ago

[–] 7112@lemmy.world 1 points 6 hours ago
