Trapped / Ófærð - Islandic police drama set in a small town that's isolated from the rest of the Island.
Norsemen / Vikingane - Norwegian satirical take on recent viking related series.
Servant of the People / Слуга народу - Ukrainian political satire show played by Volodymyr Zelenskyy years before he became president of Ukraine.
Paranoia Agent / Mōsō Dairinin - This is technically an anime, but the motifs and execution is honestly closer to an artsy TV show. Directed by Satoshi Kon who made Perfect Blue, Memories, Paprika and other unique Japanese animation pieces.
There’s a German show called Babylon Berlin that is pretty amazing
My favourite serial of time
I really enjoyed "The simple heist", a comedy crime serie with two old ladies who decide to rob a bank. There is a fantastic car chase. It's a Swedish serie. I only watched the fist season.
If you skip the first season, Spiral is a nice police serie. French one.
I hope I have the titles right.
Top of the list would be Das Boot, but otherwise, some more recent ones include Le Bureau De Legendes, Pui Pui Molcar, Parlement, Dark, Anxious People & Beforeignors.
I quite enjoyed the first two seasons of La Casa de Papel (Money Heist). I don't know, if I would go so far as to call it my favourite though, because I also quickly lost interest afterwards. It's just the first that came into my head when I read the question.
Excluding the UK, Canada, or Australia?
There's this show called the Grand Tour out of this little known country, America.
But to answer your question, I loved Konosuba. It's a good comedy series.
America is a continent, dude.
