The context of this question also excludes TV series from the UK, Canada (unless from Quebec) or Australia.

I quite enjoyed the first two seasons of La Casa de Papel (Money Heist). I don't know, if I would go so far as to call it my favourite though, because I also quickly lost interest afterwards. It's just the first that came into my head when I read the question.
