It's refreshing to see there are some non-sycophants still functioning in America.
6% of their funding is federal. That's a lot, but not something they can't adapt to. Plus, they can blame any broken air conditioners and flickering lights on the increasingly unpopular president.
Critics say this order contradicts Trumps promise to return control to states.
