Side note,
What's the point of having tens of mediocre job boards per Europe, when one EU-made good one would maximise network effect? Why has EURES not crushed Linkedin? What are they even trying to do?

According to their own description,
The Hub is a recruitment platform for Nordic startups that offers career opportunities for global talents.
I'd recommend picking a country first and checking job boards specifically for that country as each has their own preferred job websites and in my experience many/most companies usually don't bother posting job ads on international sites.
Have any suggestions for specific countries? If you know any Iโm all ears. I think itโs a matter of not knowing/trusting where to start.
Any thoughts on which european language you'd prefer to learn?
If you are in IT or a software developer you can find a job where you only need English, but trust me, if you plan to stay you'll end up wanting to learn the local language.
Depending on the choice of language we can give some suggestions!
Edit: I know and understand that you'd prefer a single or couple of links, but it's true that country specific career websites are much better than international ones. I have personally relocated inside EU and the international job post websites were useless.
Estonia, Latvia, Spain or Portugal are ones Iโve been interested in
Nice choices! I actually have a link saved up from few years ago when I was considering moving to estonia that might have jobs for you:
Sadly I can't help with the other countries you listed, but hope someone else pitches in!
Thank you!
No problem! Hope you find a job soon!
I've seen some interesting postings on https://www.welcometothejungle.com/en/jobs
They're French but have jobs for all of Europe (as well as other locations)
Euraxess or something like that. I think it's mostly positions at universities or institutes and less companies, but I might be wrong.
Euraxes for positions in academia, EURES for other jobs
In Norway we have finn which is privately owned and arbeidsplassen which isn't. This is primarily for jobs in Norway though.
Surprised no one mentioned LinkedIn yet? A lot of companies use it these days, across multiple countries.
Edit: sorry I didn't see which community this was in, obviously LinkedIn is disqualified due to being an American company!
Itโs appalling to see that there is no good alternative in Europe regarding this.
Iโm willing to bend a bit on this one to gtfo
What is "the technical field"? What's your qualification? You probably will not get a working visa without one
The good thing is that the EU has a lot of different governments. Some will be more open to give out work visas.
Portugal seems to be an easy one to get into.
From a quick search, Portugal offers a job seeker visa of 120 days, which can be extended by another 60 days.
Once you have Schengen D visa, you can go anywhere in the EU.
Most of our immigrants come through family reunification or refugee status.
work visa might be more complicated because you don't have someone in the country paying for your cost of living (or taxes doing it in case of being a refugee, atleast in theory, there's plenty of homeless people in Brussels).
i'm probably being overly cautious, good luck researching the subject.
