Basic chicken and veggies, keeping my plate clean in multiple dimensions.

next time ill try to char the chicken.. i really wish I had a fatty side sauce today, it was kinda dry, maybe a avocado or sour cream.

So far, an airport fry up and a plane pizza. Hopefully some nice Danish food now I've landed

Never been to Denmark, what's the food like?

[–] 9point6@lemmy.world 2 points 1 month ago

Pretty great, one of the local delicacies are these open sandwiches that they really pile up with stuff.

There's also this fancy restaurant here called Noma, and loads of chefs have been through a stint working there and have subsequently set up their own businesses, so you get all these amazing takes on more international cuisines going on.

If you like your food, I'd definitely say you should put it on your bucket list

I made chili con carne. Only meal today, actually (strange eating habits I guess).

I head ramen with leftover meat chopped into it. A mistake, the meat had just gone off probably. Better now though, it's...not inside me anymore.

After that, unsure what I'd want to eat. Water maybe? I don't think I have any chicken noodle soup for comfort.

Breakfast: half a yogurt cup, handful of cereal (leftovers from toddler), potato chips crumbs at the bottom of the bag (leftover from DnD last night), one banana.

Lunch: dozen Skittles, omelette with bacon and veggies.

Had some leftover rice, mapp tofu, and a couple pieces of general tao. Always nice to have Chinese food with a bit of a kick to it.

I got a can of Dinty Moore and some mashed potatoes to make shepherds pie later.

Ate kebab for lunch, it was okay, but their fries were super good, a lot better than your usual kebab place

Sausage & cheese grits for breakfast with a cup of OJ and a mug of black coffee.
