Some boardgames friends of mine mentioned it (I think they got a copy) but it hasn't been pushed hard. I played the digital versions of it ages ago though and... I dunno, maybe Talisman just isn't that interesting of a game?

He describes it as basically snakes and ladders in the review, which in my experience is not too far off the truth.

Thanks for the link. I did not know about this guy, but his review is spot on and he is funny and engaging. Will probably watch more of his opinions.

He pretty much covers that in the review, but it can be a lot of fun with the right people/environment. Personally I might try and get my hands on a copy of his suggestion 'Escape the Dark Castle', that sounds fun and looks really nice.
