Sadly there is only one creature snail printed so far. No snail commander deck outside of changelings.

Luckily there are tons of ways to make rats, so you can just go with the token snails for a lot of it.

Kinda wish they had actually used the Amass mechanic but I understand why they'd avoid it when they already have quite a few mechanics in this set already
