I have meatballs and some Oat thickened cooking cream. I'm going to have a crack at making Swedish meatballs so I can used both of them without eating pasta again so soon.

If these turn out alright we can have Ikea meatballs at home.

They're very easy to make. Basically it's gravy with cream added at the end.

Fry your meatballs. Take them out. Make gravy. Add cream. Put meatballs back in with gravy and simmer until meatballs are fully cooked. Eat 3 meatballs to check for doneness.

Oatly thickened cooking cream. I haven't tried it yet but I like their chocolate oat milk
