Can someone help me understand this meme format? Why is it "no one:"? Shouldn't it be "everyone:"?
I get the joke in general but the words make no sense to me.

People can't don't double negatives it seems.
They're doing it in response to nothing, I guess. It's really overused and only makes sense in certain circumstances.
