Unfortunately AOC still has a year till she's eligible. But I totally agree, and I really hope we get to see AOC in the oval office in the next 20 years or so.

No it's not. There's not even an age limit for VP.

To get on the ballOt, she has to be eligible to serve as VP at the time she takes office. If states could impose their own age requirements, red states would have some seriously ridiculous requirements. Filing dates don't matter.

I stand corrected about age limits for VP overall.

I misunderstood, I thought they had to be eligible to be on the ballot, but it does make more sense that they have to be eligible by the time they take office.
