Well Johnson is already trying to argue that it might be illegal for anyone other than Biden to be on the ticket.

So I'll definitely be ignoring that.

It's something he did in his capacity as president.

If it's illegal for him to drop out then it was also illegal for Trump to lead an insurrection. Pick one and stick with it.

The convention wasn't held, he was not nominated. He can release his delegates at any time. Anyone arguing otherwise has no idea how our democracy functions.
