it's especially odd when you can clearly tell from the broad back and lats with no rolls that he puts efforts into his appearance
He clearly wants nothing to do with anything colored.
This is single needle prison or backyard ink. No respectable tattoo artist would do this and it wouldn't look so faded. I have full sleeves and like the art form. But this ain't it.
The tattoo is obviously shitty for a dozen reasons, but do you seriously think it's done? It looks pretty clear that this is just the outline and it will be colored later. You don't get a full back tattoo in one sitting.
I guess you could be right. I've seen prison tattoos that were finished that were way worse than this.
My thought was that this is well done for a prison tat.
