Everyone discussing this possibility keeps focusing on the person dying, but why does anyone think these people give a shit?

In fact, a real death of a normal Trump supporter not only adds more fuel to the fire, but it would add an extra layer of obscurity for the people ultimately responsible. Because people like you will say it can't be real.

Again, I am not saying this is what happened.

For sure. At this point, real or false flag are both plausible. Folks like Trump wouldn't bat an eye at killing off a couple supporters if he could spin it for a positive gain.

I'm mostly just waiting on info on the gunman to draw a conclusion. Is he the kind of person who'd want Trump dead, or the kind of person who'd agree to shoot at the crowd behind Trump for a fat paycheck?

If the former, it's too bad he missed.
