How about some anti-gratitude?
Uptight Aussie opiate laws. I was given ten endone for surgical recovery. One every 4/hours as required. 40 hours worth. I get there's addiction risks but ffs.
I was also given a course of these, but because I was paranoid of getting addicted, I didn't touch them. π
I'd trade withdrawals later for less pain now. With the super opiates getting about these days I'm no longer prepared to take street drugs.
Old lady on the train insisted on me moving my bag off the seat next to me, despite the 10 or so empty seats in the carriage, and 2 empty seats opposite me. . Letβs target the person wearing a maskβ¦.
'Sorry no English' in your best/worst accent and ignore her request.
Just say it in a straight Aussie accent "sorry mate, I don't speak English. I don't understand a word you're saying. On ya bike!"
More likely she targeted on 1) proximity and clear path to doors 2) direction of travel due to possible motion sickness or 3) availability of handholds and/or 4) suffered from arthritis.
Can be a minefield getting from a train seat to doors in time to get off at a station - I found this out when I had a cracked pelvis - could walk but wasn't steady and jerks and sudden changes of direction were REALLY PAINFUL. I was ruthless about getting a seat I could get out of in time without falling over. Even if this meant evicting a young person with no visible disabilities.
Some bright spark scheduled a meeting at 9 am (thankfully it's on line) but I need to perform my morning ablutions.
Gonna be a solid 30 minutes of clenching.
fuck that was me yesterday. Someone said "Did we want to go over X?" and im thinking "Bro Im about to go on the office chair, end the damn meeting!!!" need a coffee to get through some of these meetings, but its a bit hard when the coffee betrays you.
I've been having my morning coffee later to avoid the early afternoon crash. Had mine at about 830 today and it was kicking it right on 9. I made it though. Made it to the toilet before my laptop closed.
I'm ungrateful for the crusty crap you get in your eyes after a good sleep.
I love that shit. So satisfying rubbing it off
Like an archaeologist? Nah it irritates my eyes.
Ungrateful for Tarzan glue which fixed my earrings for 2 days. Pathetic effort.
New shoes don't fit and there's no stock in a size up. Life is hard
I paid the gas bill twice today.
Never pay bills when youβre tired.
Really didnβt need to lose money like that.
They should be able to refund it if you give them a call.
Itβs not the worst thing to happen. Theyβll just credit it towards the next bill.
RebelSport $15 for express postage. Bought compression undies yesterday, web site said they'd be here today. They're not here. Spoke to support, "sorry 1-3 business days is standard, fu". Have escalated to paypal, we'll see what happens. Rebel absolutely indicated that express postage would be here by the 12th / today.
Fuck my fridge for being too fucking small.
