Depends on where you live and how hostile people are. I'm in a very similar position as you (although my facial hair is barely visible) and get misgendered frequently. But I've never been looked at weird in any women's bathroom in Germany, Spain, the UK or any airport. Women/other people there were always either ignorant or friendly to me.
It took me a lot of time to even dare to go to women's bathrooms because I felt like an intruder. But it gets easier the more you are used to it. And remember, you are not an intruder and this space is yours as well! Cis people don't have the right to police you. The only issue is that they may be hostile depending where you live, so that should be the only issue where I would consider not going to the women's bathroom.
