So lassen, gibt genug Platz am Stadtrand für Bonzenwohnungen.

Ist dann aber auch nur eine NIMBY-Abwandlung, oder. Wäre dann halt die Frage, welche Fläche am Stadtrand konkret weichen müsste und was das bedeutendere Biotop/Nutzfläche etc ist.
