2 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.
Familiarity with this scent allows me to appreciate it more each time I use it. And the soap base is just terrific.
I pushed the edge on this razor into "over honing" territory when I honed it, but the Tamahagane steel seems to love it. The razor is screaming sharp but the Jnat finish just keeps it feather soft. The aftershave feedback told me that the soft feel and sharpness fooled me into applying more pressure than needed in a couple of areas, but there were no ill aftereffects.

I agree completely. Even though I am aware of it, I get fooled by the hair shaper blade in the same way.
