At the risk of sounding off-topic, may I ask what is the use of a download manager? I've known of them for years now, and yet never felt the need for one. What am I missing out on?
I can only answer for myself, but I use it to resume large downloads that failed and organize them.
Other than that, multithreaded downloads, automatic categorization into directories, automatic retries, auto pause when disconnected from wifi, things like that
