Mine had my company director set me up for epic failure and my manager just laugh. While I could see the director doing that, I firmly know that my manager has my back, so that's good.

mine was having a boss of a workplace accuse me of something that I not only hadn't done, it was literally impossible for me to do, and maneuvering to fire me from a workplace I haven't worked at since 2019.

So where the fuck is the sense of guilt coming from
