I think you mean Gastro. Harder to disprove, great excuse not to get a medical cert, and NO ONE wants to catch it.

Downside is that would take me out for a couple days - realistically I'd rather hold on to as many sick days as possible just in case (or more accurately, for when seasonal depression gets me)
