Like EU seems to be fining some large amounts for some company and they basically the only ones fighting for privacy laws, repairability etc. I am pretty sure if they don't serve EU they can make better bucks by exploiting and doing things they can't under EU . Am i wrong or missing something ? Why don't they just pack bag and leave ?

The costs of working around/complying with those restrictions are likely lower than the amount of money they can get through doing business.

But also most EU laws about privacy and electronics apply to EU folks outside the EU. You'd have to essentially start a cold war.
