Above 30 is death if you live in a rental without aircon. At least when it's cool I can chuck on a jumper or switch the heating on

That's my living situation! I've got a jumper and blanket on today and I'm still cold though, so that part doesn't apply.

I was in double jumpers and double socks yesterday morning and still really cold

We do have aircon, but just in the lounge room and it's not very good. Still prefer 40 inside to 7 inside
