Ooh Trumpster fire, I like that. And yeah I have learned that generally when voting for president is not ever someone I want or like.

I voted for someone I wanted and liked one time. Bill Clinton in 1992. I was twenty years old, first time voting for president, and Bill campaigned hard to my age bracket and we loved him.

Did he turn out perfect?

Yeah, no, but I still think he did a decent job.

He's a rapist and he undid the New Deal's financial regulations which primarily contributed to the 2008 financial crisis

Both of those things are true.

I apologize for the enthusiasm of my vote thirty years ago and my lukewarm present day assessment of his term I guess.

I shall retire from the Internet and publicly immolate myself at noon tomorrow for the shame of neglecting to pick apart each sin of every politician who ever lived.

I guess I should've voted for Perot?

Undoing New Deal financial regulations is a large part of the reason that things are as bad as they are now.

The solution wasn't to vote for GHWB or Perot. It was earlier voting for Jerry Brown so that he could defeat Clinton in the Democratic Primary. Clinton was the best available option in the General Election, but that doesn't mean he was good - dude epitomizes the concept of voting for the least bad option yet still being bad

I was toddling about them, my first vote was for O"bomb"a. I'm not upset with my vote then but after he left America really showed it's hidden side
