Some conservative idiot with a camera in front of them called Star Wars too woke and then was like “that is why I like Star Trek”….. which obviously indicates they had no idea about the basic aspects of Star Trek.

Lmfaooooo

Star trek which has been openly gay and racially diverse since the fucking 60s? And had kinda sorta trans character representstion by the 90s? That's the less woke one?

Don't forget that the Federation is supposed to be a post-scarcity socialist utopia.

Didn't they do the first interracial kiss on TV? And there was the episode with these guys in it?

I doubt she's seen a single episode lol.

But since she is so worried about whatever "woke" is, she should be made to watch Andor.

Yep. Let That Be Your Last Battlefield. They had to make it really blatant to get executive approval.

Also, there's a ton of takes of (I think) Frank Gorshin fucking up his lines on the Star Trek Bloopers LP.

First interracial kiss on US TV, yeah, but not the first overall by a long shot

I guess they forgot about season 4 of Star Trek Discovery where Stacy Abrams was the president of Earth.

Oh right, I'll put the context in the post body.

She doesn't like Star Wars because it's too woke, which is why she's a Trekkie instead. Implying that Star Trek isn't woke. Which is ridiculous.
