Cruz was born in Canada as an American citizen. Arnold was born an Austrian citizen and became an American citizen.
Agreed. John McCain was born on (what witnesses claim was a) U.S. military base in Panama.
Regardless of location as long as at least one parent is a citizen the baby is also a citizen.
