I've never been really into believing entirely but I can suspend that belief for movies or to hear others stories but there was a series of events that happened when I was younger that gave me a scare. My grandmother passed when I was 10ish and it was a very difficult loss for the family. My aunt had been living with her at the time and the family didn't like her being alone especially with a baby in the house. We all took turns having sleep overs and such while cleaning out the place and everything. Fast forward a week and I'm staying over and she needs to run some errands leaving me alone. I wanted to make some chocolate milk but it was in the top of the cupboard so I went to grab a chair to climb up. As I come around the corner my heart sank and had a fear I'd never felt wash over me. In the middle of the counter was the powder. I could not explain how it could have happened everyone tells me it must have fallen and I just happened to land right way up and I didn't hear the metal container hit anything. As this fear is washing over me out of nowhere the dryer started which hadn't been touched any time recently as it's been about 30 minutes since my aunt took off and she hadn't been doing laundry. I finally gain composure and decide no chocolate milk and didn't bother putting it away as I wanted proof so I go over to the dryer and it does have clothes in it. Thinking back I wonder if a load may have finished but a sensor detected moisture. The last event (this all happened nearly simultaneously) was the phone in which was taken out of service a week prior began ringing. At the time I wasn't aware it had been taken out of service so I go to answer it and the caller ID was the houses phone number. Thinking nothing of it I answer and it immediately hangs up. When my aunt gets home the first thing I bring up is the phone which is when she tells me about it no longer being in service. At this point I ask to leave and go home. Obviously she asks why and I explain the events and I remember she helped calm me down but I don't remember how then she did bring me home. My mom years later told me my aunt was scared to go back and even had the same call I did.

I still can't explain any of it really and I'm not really a paranormal believer but even thinking back scares me a little.

Dryer could've been set to delayed start, but the powder is probably the strangest.
