Misleading title. He didn't say no.

He's actually being surprisingly open minded. The article is worth a read.

Okay, updated the title's disclaimer a bit. It seems that the Rhoads' leftover material is so low quality compared to that of John Lennon's that a new song couldn't be reconstructed similarly using AI.
