It's possible that one time Karen didn't cook her kickasserole enough and gave everyone horrible explosive diarrhea. Not wanting to relive the terrible experience, she sold the kickasserole dish to a store. Little did she know that it is cursed, and will belong to another Karen who will inevitably give everyone she loves and holds dear a near fatal case of diarrhea. Thus the cycle continues.
Fatal case of diarrhea... I can't imagine what shitting yourself to death would be like!
Quite a common way to die actually. One way for it to kill you is dehydration.
