Even if his local team is a mess, playing for his local team rather than going to RM is wasting his career? Football attitudes are ridiculous.

He went to City? I dunno. It seemed to be at its peak in his last Villa season and during England's Euros run.

He is a generational talent and is expected to win continental titles, several ballon d'or. Or at least compete for them. He has wasted 5 good years, and has no more than 5 at top physical form.
