If you are playing for Real Madrid you need to be ready to handle the pressure and the expectations tho

remember when people were doing this for valverde after he had 5 good games

[–] MikeAshleyOut@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

No way man. Alvarez is good but he’s not even a top 5 prem player atm.

In the same league against the same opponents, Watkins is superior. It’s like saying Messi is a bad player because he has 0 goals in the UCL this season. Go figure.

It's crazy that Vini is being considered up there with Haaland and Mbappe. Neymar was the twice the player at the same age.

That 10 in 10 was way below his Madrid career average

My point is that both Mbappe/Haaland have never even be to "the throne" so far. You can make a strong case for Haaland during the 2022/23 season, but Mbappe? Nah.

Also nobody can deny that Bellingham has been absolutely incredible for us and he's objectively the most inform player in the world, getting MOTM awards on pretty much every single game nowadays. But, it's still early October, we'll never know what is gonna happen. There's a whole season ahead and also the Euros.

I wonder what this country would be like if we ever actually had a messi level talent lmao.

And it suck’s that we have the tactical genius of Southgate to utilize this potential.

He’s definitely no Kalvin Phillips!!

[–] SignificantMaize7132@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

I've been rooting for him so much.

[–] Shadeun@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

He used "Throne" singular. Did Messi sit on CR7's lap or was it vice-versa?
