You say that as if Arteta hasn't also been rogue with Partey as a RB this season
Arsenal does not have 72 quality right backs on the bench while arteta plays ødegaard as a RB. Partey as RB cant be compared.
Also, the party was playing as an inverted RB, so he was in his natural position in midfield pretty much whenever they had possession of the ball anyway.
It's nothing to do with English hype. There was German media, then Spanish media, and now world media talking about him
