That's a bar so low, Hermes Conrad couldn't limbo underneath it.
Is it lower than a limbo stick at carnival time?
It's so low that it's underground, buried so deep that when found, thousands of millennia from now, by whatever intelligent and curious life form that follows after humanity kills itself off, they will gaze upon it and be all, "...damn."
That's as low as limbo sticks get.
