Good point on the phone. I have a pc mainly because...

I'm older and I'm just used to it
I'm an enthusiast and do some programming, specialized apps, etc that don't and won't work on phones
I do pc gaming
I build my own systems
I play with linux too

If I just did browser, messaging, mobile apps/games and calls I'd just have a phone.
