I have never seen a dem advertisement based on deportation.
To say “both sides” campaigned on a policy of mass deportation is a straight up lie. Mass deportation isn’t bi-partisan as you say… with zero proof no links and nothing to back up your bs… you offer no proof and are therefor a liar.

Obviously the VP doesn't control immigration, but who the fuck cares and why would you make that your standard? Kamala was running for president, and she promised to run her administration exactly like Biden's. We have to judge Kamala by Biden's performance, as she promised to continue his policies.
But here you are trying to defend her on a technicality, saying, "nu huh, acktually, she wasn't in charge of immigration, she was only the VP!"

It's like saying the Republicans are right that you should be scared of immigrants and then being surprised when people vote out of fear for the person who will hurt those immigrants more. They didn't campaign on mass deportation as one has claimed, but they did justify people's fears of immigrants.

Republicans did. They did more or less make an enemy of immigrants, shape them into an “other” and now we’re starting to see citizens getting treated like immigrants and citizenship being eroded all while you say “well maybe dems don’t literally campaign on X…”

I’m thinking back of experiencing decades of democrats in office… democrats have never been against immigrants like you characterize them to be. Tell me how Obama did this.
